14-Day Refund Policy

For New Items - Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for physical items that are broken before they were sent, have a factory fault, or are faulty/damaged upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.
For Pre-owned items - Eligibility for Refunds
Please note that all sales of second-hand and preowned items are final, with refunds only available under the following circumstances:
- Item Damaged During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately. We will require photo evidence of the damage and packaging to process your claim.
- Item Lost in Transit: If your item is lost during shipping and confirmed as such by the courier, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Item Not as Described: If you receive an item significantly different from the description provided or the wrong item was sent, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories included. Items damaged due to shipping or not as described are exempt from this requirement.
Return Timeframe
- Customers must report any issue within seven days of receiving their item to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process

- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo evidence of the damage and packaging.
Return Authorisation
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation and detailed instructions on returning the item.
- Please only send your purchase back after receiving a confirmation email, as this may delay the processing of your return.
Exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know, and we can arrange to send you an item of equal or lesser value.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items that are returned incomplete or damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Inspection and Refund
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.
- If the item is found to be broken before it was sent, has a factory fault, or is faulty/broken, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items that were damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery.
- Items returned after the 14-day period without prior approval.
- Items returned without a prior confirmation.
Digital Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have reviewed the product details and system requirements before making a purchase.
